The Randwick Barracks Living In Accommodation (LIA) project will deliver 991 new one-bedroom LIA units at Randwick Barracks to provide housing for Sydney based Defence Force members.
The project is one of two developments being pursued on the site to increase housing, with the other being the Bundock Street Housing Redevelopment.
