The Baru-Marnda Renewable Energy Project is a proposed Wind-Solar hybrid generation project to be located in the Pilbara region, WA. The scope of the project is expected to include up to 1 gigawatt of wind generation and 500 megawatts of solar generation.
The project is being developed by Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation, which is a partnership between Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation and international renewable energy company ACEN Corporation.

PROJECT HISTORY

The Priority List aims to provide coordinated support through Federal, state and territory regulatory and environmental approval processes on a case-by-case basis and provide a 'faster to yes, faster to no' approach to regulatory approvals. |
