  • a 200-megawatt / 800-megawatt hour battery, and
  • an on-site substation.

PROJECT HISTORY

Jan 2025 Tetris Energy submitted a Scoping Report to the NSW Government, requesting the Secretary's Environmental Assessment Requirements for the project. The Scoping Report outlined the proposed scope, including a 500-MW wind farm and 200-MW / 800-MWh battery.
Feb 2025 The NSW Government issued the SEARs for the project.
Jul 2025 Alinta Energy confirmed its acquisition of Tetris Energy and its project portfolio in its 2024-25 Sustainability Report.
