Bulgana Green Power Hub

The Bulgana Green Power Hub is a combined 194-megawatt (MW) wind farm with 56 wind turbines, and 20-MW / 34-megawatt hour (MWh) battery storage facility. 

The hub is located in Joel South, approximately 11 kilometres east of Stawell, Victoria.

Oct 2021 Project construction completed.
Dec 2021 Operations commenced.
Dec 2024 Project developers, Neoen, announced the project had been sold to asset manager HMC Capital. The asset portfolio divestment, which includes the Numurkah Solar Farm and Victorian Big Battery, amounts to a combined $950 million.
