Stage 1 of the Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment was completed in January 2016 and was valued at $134 million. Stage 2 will include:

- a new clinincal services building

Stage 2 of the Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment is currently in the planning stage and will be paid for with money reserved from the Rebuilding NSW Hospitals Fund. In October 2018, the NSW Government released initial design images.

In January 2019, the NSW Government announced that CPB Contractors had been awarded the $632 million contract. Work on the Stage 2 Redevelopment is due to commence in 2019 and is projected to be completed within four years.

Early works for the multi storey car park commenced in July 2018.
