PROJECT HISTORY

Sep 2023 The NSW Government announced the project ahead of its 2023-24 Budget, with a total estimated cost of $350 million and expected completion date of 2028. The Budget allocated $328 million to the project over four years.
Mar 2024 Health Infrastructure NSW appointed the design team for the project to identify clinical service priorities and advance the redevelopment's planning stages. The design team includes Silver Thomas Hanley (Architect), Johnstaff Projects (Project Manager) and Slattery Australia (Cost Manager).
