The Coomera Connector is a planned road transport network expansion over a 45-kilometre corridor between Loganholme and the Gold Coast. The project would provide a new road link to the east of the M1 corridor, with new crossings of the Logan, Albert, Coomera and Nerang Rivers.

Delivery of the project is being planned in two stages. Stage 1 involves the construction of a new road, up to six lanes wide, east of the M1 between Coomera and Nerang. Details of Stage 2, nominally between Loganholme and Coomera, are yet to be announced.

The Queensland Government commenced consultation on Stage 1 of the project in November 2019. Reference design and business case development for Stage 1 will take place during 2020. Construction of Stage 1 is still pending commitment of funding and Infrastructure Australia's endorsement of the business case. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2026-27.

The project is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments, with each government providing $10 million to undertake transport planning studies for the Loganholme to Nerang corridor. This commitment was announced in the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program 2019-20 to 2022-23.
