The Darlington Wind Farm is a proposed 325-megawatt wind farm, to be located near Darlington, Victoria. The project is also proposed to include a new onsite substation connecting to the existing 500 kilovolt Haunted Gully-Tarrone transmission line.
The project is proposed by Global Power Generation Australia.

Jan 2023 | The Victorian Minister for Planning required Global Power Generation to prepare an environment effects statement for the project. |
Dec 2024 | The Victorian Minister for Planning approved the final scoping requirements. |
Mar 2025 | The project was included in the Federal Government's inaugural Renewable Energy Priority List. The Priority List aims to provide coordinated support through Federal, state and territory regulatory and environmental approval processes on a case-by-case basis and provide a 'faster to yes, faster to no' approach to regulatory approvals. |
