Dinawan Solar Farm, is Stage One of the Dinawan Energy Hub, to be located within the South-West Renewable Energy Zone and connect tothe Dinawan Substation.
The project is expected to include:
- 1.5 million photovoltaic modules with a total generation capacity of one gigawatt
- Battery Energy Storage System with a capacity of approximately 300 megawatts / 1,200 megawatt hours
- electrical collection system, substation and control room
- electricity transmission line infrastructure, and
- ancillary facilities.
