Dinawan Solar Farm is Stage One of the Dinawan Energy Hub, to be located within the South-West Renewable Energy Zone and connect to the Dinawan Substation.
The project is expected to include:
- Two million photovoltaic modules with a total generation capacity of 800 megawatts
- Battery Energy Storage System with a capacity of approximately 300 megawatts / 600 megawatt hours
- electrical collection system, three substations and control room
- electricity transmission line infrastructure, and
- ancillary facilities.
