The Elaine BESS, proposed by Akaysha Energy, would be a 200 megawatt / 800 megawatt-hour battery, located five kilometres northwest of Elaine, Victoria and directly adjacent to the Elaine Terminal Station.
The proposed battery would be located in the South West Victorian Renewable Energy Zone.
