The Elaine BESS, proposed by Akaysha Energy, would be a 200 megawatt / 800 megawatt-hour battery, located five kilometres northwest of Elaine, Victoria and directly adjacent to the Elaine Terminal Station.
The proposed battery is located in the South West Victorian Renewable Energy Zone.
