Sep 2023 | The NSW Government announced the project in its 2023-24 Budget, with a total estimated cost of $550 million and expected completion date in 2029. The Budget allocated $350 million to the project over four years. |
Jun 2024 | The 2024-25 NSW Budget allocated $503 million to the project over the next four years, including $5 million in FY2024-25. |
