| Nov 2025 | Tauranga City Council has announced that they have awarded an Early Contractor Involvement contract to a partnership between HEB Construction and Beca. Structural and seismic investigations on the Hairini Bridge are now underway which are expected to be complete by mid-2026, and will inform the full design of the project. Construction is expected to commence mid-2027, contingent on further funding being approved by the New Zealand Transport Agency. |
