The Glen Innes Battery Energy Storage project is a proposed 200-megawatt / 800-megawatt hour battery energy storage project to be located adjacent to the Glen Innes Substation in New South Wales. Three hectares of land has been secured adjacent to the substation.
The battery is being developed by Firm Power and is located within the New England Renewable Energy Zone.
