The Gol Gol Wind Farm is being developed by Squadron Energy and is expected to have a capacity of up to 840 megawatts.
The full scope of works comprises the delivery of:
- 120 wind turbine generators with a tip height of approximately 280 metres
- transmission connections, and
- ancillary infrastructure.
The project is to be located in NSW, approximately 10 kilometres north of Mildura and within the South-West Renewable Energy Zone (REZ).
This project will be developed in parallel with Gol Gol Battery and Gol Gol Solar Farm.
