The contract’s scope of works involves planned and reactive repairs and maintenance, refurbishment and renewals programs, and capital works for the City of Gold Coast’s Water and Waste Directorate (WW) assets and facilities.
The full scope of works includes:
- Civil maintenance, comprising planned and reactive civil works to support or augment the WW Directorate’s Internal Delivered Supply capabilities, with a 24/7 service availability.
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance, which comprises Planned Preventative, Maintenance, Unplanned Corrective Maintenance, and Programmed Corrective Maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment at STPs, pump stations and other WW operated sites.
- Renewal programs which include the condition assessment, planned and unplanned refurbishment and replacement of WW Directorate’s water and sewer assets.
