The Kwinana Power Station Battery project is a proposed 300-megawatt (MW) / 1,000-megawatt hour (MWh) Battery Energy Storage System located at the existing Kwinana Power Station in WA. The project is being delivered over two stages, including:
- Stage One: a 100 MW / 200 MWh Battery storage facility, and
- Stage Two: a 200 MW / 800 MWh site adjacent to Stage One.
The project is beling delivered by Synergy.
