Logan and Gold Coast - Loganlea Station Relocation

The Loganlea Station Relocation Package will relocate and upgrade the Loganlea Station, including the addition of 400 car spaces. The new station will be built 500 metres south of the existing station, which will remian operational while the new station is constructed. 

The full scope of the project comprises: 

  • new train station building
  • improved access from Valencia Street and Armstrong Road 
  • platform widening
  • 400-space parking facility

Mar 2024 The Queensland Government shortlisted three bidders for the project. Shortlisted bidders include ADCO Construction, DT Infrastructure and a joint venture comprising Martinus Rail and Degnan.
Sep 2024 The Queensland Government announced the contract to deliver the project was awarded to the Martinus Rail and Degnan Joint Venture.
