The Queensland Government have announced the delivery of a new National Aquatics Centre, to be located at the existing Centenary Aquatic Centre in Spring Hill.
The centre will include a main and secondary stadium, each with the capability to support elite training and competition, and permanent seating capacity of approximately 8,000, and temporary seating of 25,000 for the 2032 Olympic Games.
The centre is expected to host the majority of aquatic sports for the 2032 Games, supported by the Brisbane Aquatic Centre.
