- day procedures and medical units
- ambulatory services
- planned radiology
- specialist clinics
- a transit care unit, and
- pathology.

| Jun 2022 | Early works commenced on the project. |
| Aug 2022 | Southbase was selected as the preferred contractor for the construction of the project. |
| Dec 2022 | Main works commenced on the project. |
| 2024 | The project's expected completion date was pushed back from 2025 to 2026. |
