The Quakers Hill Water Resouce Recovery Facility (WRRF) upgrades includes:
- the expansion of existing wasterwater treatment capacity
- new pipelines to transfer reycled water to Prospect Reservoir
- a new 20 to 25 ML/d Purified Recyled Water Plant, and
- improvement in the quality of treated wasterwater.
The WRRF site at Quakers Hill currently hosts a demonstration Purified Recycled Water Plant that serves as a testing facility.
