The project is to be located 25 kilometres southwest of Dunedoo, in the NSW Central West Orana REZ.

May 2024 | The project's Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was published and the project placed on exhibition, closing 25 June. The EIS indicated a revised proposal of a 700 megawatt (MW) solar farm and 2,800 MWh battery, reduced from 840 MW and 3,000 MWh respectively. |
