The Stockyard Hill Wind Farm is a 400-megawatt wind farm located 35 kilometres west of Ballarat, Victoria.
The scope of the project includes the construction of 149 wind turbines and supporting transmission infrastructure.

Oct 2010 | The Victorian Minister for Planning granted planning approval for the Stockyard Hill Wind Farm. |
Feb 2011 | The Commonwealth Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities granted project approval under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. |
Jun 2017 | The Victorian GOvernment approved a planning approval amendment, increasing the tip height of the wind turbines from 132 metres to 180 metres. |
Apr 2018 | Construction commenced on the project. |
Dec 2020 | Construction and installation of the turbines on the site complete. |
May 2022 | The Australian Energy Market Operator and Network Services Provider approved the project to generate up to 400-megawatts into the National Electricity Market. |
