TPG Telecom will sell 100 per cent of its passive mobile tower and rooftop infrastructure to OMERS Infrastructure Management. The sale comprises 1,237 tower asset sites, which includes 428 towers and 809 rooftops, representing 21 per cent of TPG Telecom’s total mobile network footprint. TPG Telecom will retain ownership of all radio access network infrastructure.
