The Wattle Creek Energy Hub project scope includes construction of :
- a 265 megawatt solar farm comprising 490,000 PV modules, and
- a 800 megawatt / 1,600 megawatt hour battery energy storage system.
The project site is owned by the University of Sydney and is located in Arthursleigh, New South Wales.
The site will include a facility enabling research on new and emerging technologies.
