Bulk Earthworks Package consists of:
- decontamination works (excluding the early earthworks site)
- construction of an on-site containment cell to manage asbestos contaminated soils and other contaminated material
- bulk earthworks, including approximately 22 million cubic metres of cut and fill, and
- trunk drainage infrastructure to manage rainfall runoff.
